Building Indonesia’s Game Development Workforce
Unity’s Skills Development Program in partnership with Google Play has empowered 1000 (and counting!) aspiring developers across Indonesia with game industry-aligned training and certification. By bridging the gap between learning and employment, the program is helping to launch careers, strengthen local talent pipelines, and fuel the growth of Indonesia’s game development ecosystem.
In year two, 65% of participants achieved Unity Certified Associate status - an exceptional outcome for a program of this rigor.
